I think although the ad is asking for people that are experience it would be good for my career if I was able to start with a company like this.

- Experience using Avid Media Composer and related tools, to edit & mix sound & video to a high standard
- Good knowledge of UK TV transmission specifications, ability to edit content accordingly
- Creativity: able to offer ideas to fulfil programming needs
